Some businesses want help with a single piece, such as rebuilding a landing page or fixing call tracking. Others want search ads, a form and follow-up wired together. Either request is fine here.
Choose the closest service in the form, then add the rest in the notes. Mention any date that matters, like a seasonal push or a product launch, so the reply can say whether it is realistic. A service partner reads the request, asks what it needs to know, and sends a written quote if the work is a fit.
Information that helps with scoping
You do not need all of it. Each item answers a question the service partner would otherwise have to ask.
- Whether you want setup only, ongoing management, or both
- How many products, services or locations you advertise
- Whether landing pages exist or need building
- How inquiries are tracked today, if at all
- Whether you send follow-up texts or emails to new leads
- Any brand or legal wording your ads must carry
- The access you can grant to ad accounts and analytics
Once your request is in
A service partner picks up the request and replies. If your notes were detailed, the reply may include a first outline of the work. If they were brief, expect questions first.
Keep the thread going by email or set up a call, whichever you prefer. When the scope is clear, the partner sends a written proposal. Check that it names who owns the ad accounts, how ad spend is billed, what gets reported and how often, and how much notice is needed to end the arrangement. If any of that is missing, ask for it. You are not committed to anything until you accept the proposal in writing.
